About Me

I am 34 years old, from Lafayette, Louisiana but now residing in Houston, Texas. I believe that every woman can be a strong woman and not just strong for a girl. I believe living a strong and healthy lifestyle begins with the mind and developing “the want” to begin building healthy and physically fit habits. My goal is to help you maintain a strong and fit body, identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout and eventually fall in love with your growth in fitness. My individual full body approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Whether you want to maintain a cheerleader track body like mine, gain weight, or want to drop weight, the unique workout full body exercise formats I’ve developed will help you gain muscle strength, tone you up, burn calories, drop weight, boost metabolism and improve your overall strength and health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape in no time! But you gotta stay on top of your nutrution and be consistent with everything fitness!
Please keep in mind that in order to train with me, you must purchase a gym membership at Level One Fitness Gym at 1803 Cleburne St, Houston, Tx. Gym Memberships are $40/month until cancelled with the initial payment being $80 which includes an admin fee. Special packages for students and first responders are also available with valid ID.
